CBN980 is a kind of dark brown mono-crystal, with blcoky shape, semi-transparency, strength lower than CBN970, good toughness and good thermal stability, usually used for vitrified bond, metal bond and electroplated application tools. By using this material, the tools have the advantages of high adaptability, good self sharp ability and long tool life.
Our CBN products include black CBN910, black CBN920, black CBN930, bright black CBN940, amber CBN950, golden yellow CBN 960, dark brown CBN970, dark brown CBN980 and microcrystalline CBN990, which are widely used for resin, vitrified, metal bonds and electroplate tools.
